I gave up on Twitter a couple of weeks ago because of the outages. The fact that they are blaming US for their outages just makes me comfortable in that decision.

I'm going to hang out on Twitter more until my network on FriendFeed grows,
or everyone decides where they want to end up hanging out at. I still have
a large network of friends on Twitter, and I can't abandon that. Not only
that, but I need a good Mobile solution, and even with the outages, Twitter
is the best mobile solution so far.

Jesse, I'm glad you included this in your year-end wrap. It's good to either read this for the first time, or re-read it (having forgotten about it before). I remember Robert's side, but yours is quite poignant given our benefit of hindsight now.

This was a fun trip down memory lane, indeed Louis! I remember it was
during my Grandfather's funeral in fact, on a visit the day before to
Universal Studios that I was reading Tweets from you about the birth of your
Twins. I believe that is where I first began conversations with you and we
began to get to know each other.
